Usage data -includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race, ethnicity, religious and philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic and biometric data). COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING
From July 2020 we are required to adhere to Government regulations to support the NHS Test and Trace programme for the country’s response to COVID-19.
When you enter one of our pubs and when you book a table with us we are now required to collect certain information from each household. This information includes:
We collect your personal data for contact tracing when you book a table with us, when you arrive on the premises and complete our online form by scanning the QR code in our pubs or when one of our colleagues records the necessary information on your behalf.
Failure to provide the data we need to keep for the Government may mean we are regrettably unable to serve you.
We have a lawful reason to collect the personal data you provide to us for NHS Test and Trace as it is in the public interest to support everyone's health and safety due to COVID-19.
We will only share the information you provide with the Government or NHS if they ask us to do so. The information that we share will only be what is necessary for the purpose the NHS Test & Trace programme. Your information is stored securely by our trusted third-party processor: Dot Digital.
We will only retain the personal data that you provide for Test and Trace for as long as mandated by the Government. This is currently a minimum of 21 days from the date you visit the pub. We regularly review the retention of personal information held by us to ensure that we are retaining your personal data for no longer than is necessary.
RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services or for as long as you remain opted in to our database.
HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
Some of our services are provided for you by trusted third parties appointed by us. We only share the information that they need to provide you with a service. For example, our booking systems will only store the information needed for your booking.

We will never disclose your information to anyone outside Timpson Group who are the parent company of Flock Inns except:
